Her Experience
Jemma’s musical resume is seriously impressive. Jemma’s love of music led to her studying jazz voice and musical theatre in university, where her passion only grew.
Within her career, Jemma has worked as a musical director, choreographer, choir director and vocal coach. Jemma also landed a role in the nationwide musical tour of Reclaiming Harry and performed at the Adelaide Cabaret Festival in 2013 and 2016. Jemma has also performed in Adelaide Fringe Shows since 2018.
Jemma has been featured as a backing vocalist and session vocalist on numerous projects and has been professionally gigging since 2018.
Her Beginnings
Jemma’s love of performing blossomed during a school holiday theatre program she was involved in at nine years old…but her musical beginnings go back even further. Jemma has been singing for as long as she can remember. She began piano lessons when she was six years old and was involved in every school choir or musical theatre program she could put her hand up for. She began vocal training in 2011 and has been dedicated to honing her craft ever since.
